okay... so i went at 2.30pm to get the soba deluxe set that i've bought a voucher using SHOPBACK.
I had to wait till 3.30pm for the staff to figure out the pin to claim the voucher that i bought.
In the end, the pin doesnt work for the voucher i bought, so i bought another set instead (which is not the first i want) but the pin work that this set (sushi deluxe set). The staff did not call their management instantly and wasted my time.
To summarise:
- bought voucher at 2.30pm
- had to wait 1hr + for pin to work
- didnt work
- bought another voucher
- pin works for this other voucher
- which is my first choice
- and staff lied to me saying mnay people had purchased without issues, despite the app clearly showing that only 2 vouchers were sold.
- terrible customer service, but food was great tho

β β β β β The customer service was very bad. The lady was quite rude/unfriendly. Quality of sushi is bad too. NTUC sushi even taste much better.
Patronise them only if you prepared to have your mood spoiled.
