Such an expert, Eva. Despite she had a customer in the morning and set the timing for her customer to wait for her dye to dry, she had performed exquisitely well within that timing she sets. Really appreciate her skills!

Went for undercut but left with a bowlcut instead. Asked for a number 2 shave at the sides. The female hairstylist shaved my sides WAY too high and too deep up. When I told her it was too high, she said she was just following my hairline. For reference, I have been cutting undercut for 5 years, and none of my past hairstylist shaved THAT high, they were all pretty consistent at finding my hairline. She trimmed my (centre) top and back. I told her it was still too long and requested for her to cut shorter and thinner. She said it is already very short and it will be ugly if she cut further. I regret trusting her, and should have asked her to cut further. I left with high shaven sides and a thick muffin centre. I cannot recommend this place for guys.

Had the pleasure of having Eva be my hair stylist. I left the hair styling decisions to her as I was not sure what I wanted and it turned out great! She was meticulous, detail orientated and made my visit a wonderful experience.

Angella has been styling my hair since Rivervale mall days. When she posted to Wisteria mall I continue to engage her service. She takes good care of my hair and I trusted her recommendation in hair color and style. She understands what I want, she is on time and never rushed to finish her work. I also recommended many of my friends there and all of them gave positive feedback. I highly recommend her service. The other hairstylists are friendly as well. Nice environment too.

Eva is really attentive to details and professional. She gives good suggestions on how the haircut should be. On top of that, during my visit, it was a little warm due to the weather and Eva switched on the hair dryer in cold mode to help cool me down. kudos to that! ???? 6 stars!

I came here for hair color after reading good reviews about Eva :) The hair colouring process was tidy and meticulous. I don’t experience any messy stains on my ears or forehead, etc. The head massage during hair wash was superb! Highly recommend Eva if you wish to visit :)

The stylist here are skilful and professional. Randy helped me with my hair cut today. Besides listening to my requirements, he also value added by making appropriate adjustments so that everything came out very well. Very satisfied!

Would not recommend having Angella (that was the name on the namecard she gave me) as your stylist. Explained to her that I wanted a trim and to have my hair at the front slightly shorter only to have her end up butchering the whole cut. (Uneven blunt cuts at the back, uneven length for front - left side a lot longer than right side, hello bad hair CNY) Not sure if she didn't hear me or did not understand what was the style I wanted but either way, she did not look to clarify again. Only managed to stop her when she basically chopped off 3/4 of my hair piece at the front. She also tried to hide it with a quick blowout, and only offered to recut it after I noticed it. (Should not have allowed her to cut my hair a second time, this was on me.) Refuse to give me her name and vaguely pointed to the group of namecards, could have given me another's stylist's name for all I know. Hella shady y'all Had a refund only after a few rounds of back and forth, basically just an exhausting experience that I was not expecting when just going in for a short 15 mins trim. Was also warned against writing a review and whatnot, so here I am LOL. Not sure about their other stylists/services, but if she's your stylist, then maybe just mentally prepare yourself to get your hair butchered.
