β β β β β Very friendly Uncle. Puts in a lot of effort in checking your eye astig as compared to those mall ones where they do a quick job. Price wise are affordable too. Wearing glasses for 18 years now. By far the best place to shop for new glasses.

β β β β β Mr. Chua took super long time to inspect the eyes, often more than 1.5 hours. I think he has not upgraded his skills and technology over the years. The price may be cheap but cheap is not necessary the best. Better to go for opticians that provide more advanced technology and accurate diagnosis as we only have one pair of eyes. He sometimes speaks with low EQ too.

β β β β β Excellent customer service. He takes time to manually check your degree and astigmatism, asks you what you prefer and gives reasonable suggestions. He doesn't use the machine that just scans your eyes or your previous lens. Great prices. Not those chain shops where it seems like good deal at $200 for 2 pairs, I usually spend $50 or less per frame and lens.
