Said dlvry to be 436pm
Halfway, a rider called to say may be a delay as lasagna is frozen n needs time
Very polite and personable tone...
He came abt 10-15mins aftr de call
Very pleasant n neat rider
I asked his name.. got to know as Putra (hope dis is right spelling)
Food served still hot and clean (no damge like overturned here n thr)
Glad i ordered direct thru pizza hut instead of Grab
Good kob wisteria for having a great rider ! Keep up Putra !

β β β β β I would like to complaint abt customer service the lady fausira poor customer service, she forgot my order, thus I order at 1903hrs after 42 minutes I get bck to her ask where is my order she was curious, I asked her did u forget my order she say forgot amd never even say sorry to me, I want wisteria mall operations manager to take action on her, poor customer service must trained them how to be polite & be professional in service.

β β β β β Order a pizza and fish dippers, self collect by myself. When collec food, the staff said no more tartar sauce, but online didn't show it. Disappointed ????

β β β β β I like the deals and all, but the service here isABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS.
The staff will pretend not to see you - so I recommend you wear something super bright like neon pink to grab attention.
They are also a lot more interested in talking amongst themselves so it's best to play super loud music on your phone as you come in to announce your presence.
Finally, bring along a good book so you can make good use of all the waiting time you will have.
P.S. Adding this on because they literally forgot to prepare the sides after I waited 30 min to collect my meal. Lol.

β β β β β i didnβt order and eat in here but what i did was ordered grab delivery for 1 hawaiian pizza which had a certain special request for an elder β how pizza hut handle my special request is fantastic and i really appreciate it a lot ??
big thanks and love back to the employees and pizza making professionals at this outlet on 12th april 2022, 9.30pm! ?? please give them a raise or express thanks and gratitude to your wonderful staffβ such wonderful employees are what brings me back to pizza hut as compared to competitors

β β β β β First up, do understand that this store of theirs is more a click-and-collect store, which explains their many promos for takeaways. Don't expect full table service unless you want to pay for service charge or go to the one at Northpoint City. That say, all my dining in and takeaways experiences have been very good. I found the staff very responsive and helpful during the three occasions I dined in. I ordered via the PH App always, and the pizza and sides are always ready before the time stayed in the app
As they get many delivery orders from FP and Grab, do come off peak or just before peak hours la. It's really not their fault if there are many delivery orders and that they have to attend to that first.
