★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to buy a study table for my kids. Service is ok but it is more a contractor service. It takes them a month to get the product ready for pickup. You are better doing it online with them. Standard wise is the same as you typically find in a childcare as they are the supplier for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality and workmanship. Product installed on 28 Sept 2021 and show defects within 1 weeks. Called and was informed that carpenter will come down on the week of 11 Oct 2021. Until now no soul. Still waiting for them to come and repair.
First class in collection of payment. Slow in after sale service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been liasing with Wendy on a tree bookshelf for an Enrichment Centre and due to an overlook, we gave them the wrong measurements for fabrication but Wendy was extremely kind and helpful to assist us with it with no complains. Professionalism of staff is top notch. Queries were attended to efficiently and issues were resolved quickly as well. Very happy with the service and shelf turned out very well made. Kudos to Wendy and everyone at Edupod!
