Went to the store today to look for bunk bed for my kids. There were two female staff playing with their phones and were ignoring us when we were looking around. When I asked what was on the 2nd floor.. one of the female staff just replied more beds and then continue playing with her phone.. and when we wanted to ask more about the bunk bed we were interested in.. she just gave an unclear few words reply and continued looking at her phone. But when I told her that the customer service here was terrible.. she told me that this shop is like ikea.. we just browse around by ourselves and if we were interested in a product.. then we call them.. (thats exactly what we were doing.. 15 minutes we were browsing by ourselves without anybody serving us and when we asked for an assistance.. she was busy looking at her phone while giving us a few words reply). The products here seems good but the owner need to do something about the female stuff serving us today.

Had my eyes set on the unique designs Kids Haven offered when I first saw their store in Westgate. Further amazed by the themed furniture they have (Victorian, Jungle, Racer, Pirates) when I surf their site online, so I had to place an order. The bed we ordered did not disappoint. It was solid built and every detail is well made. My boy was very happy and slept well every night. Delivery staff is also courteous and useful. Price is acceptable for everything listed. Overall a good place to consider for your little ones :) Thank you

Kids Haven installer Eldilsyu and another male installer (apologies didn’t get his name) had been very professional and prompt in their installation. They were helpful and proactive in managing the existing furniture while installing their Kids Haven furniture to make them fit well to each other. Kids Haven furniture is very lasting and worth while.

Poor customer service. 1. Salesperson could not get a straightforward mattress order right, had to get it re-delivered a second time. 2. Delivery team acknowledged that they forgot to mention that the pull out bed wheels could cause scratches on parquet flooring, causing deep scratches to our floor after one day. Not sure how such a pricey bed frame could have such inferior wheels. Salesperson even replied saying that all plastic wheels cause scratches on floors, including office chairs. They returned to try to repair our floor but looks like its a lost cause. Plus, delivery guy was trying to justify to his sales team via a video that the scratches were not caused by his assembly work. Personally, i wonder who's the victim in this situation. My floor has been damaged thanks to you. Hopefully this is the last of our interaction with them.

Please make sure to detail all agreed measurements with the sales team before confirming the shipping. I just missed out on 1. My mistake was trusting the salesperson would communicate our order to their supplier as promised to us. Was assured that safety is priority and that we can raise the guard for the upper bunk while maintaining the gap at the bottom as shown in the showroom (salesperson even demonstrated how the mattress cannot slide out of the gap, assured us that panel will be made bigger), item was delivered and they merely adjusted the height without making a bigger panel as discussed and my toddler can easily slide through the gap at the bottom. Salesperson neglected to indicate the size of the gap in the invoice although she assured us the panel will be made bigger. Now the shop is telling us to incur the replacement costs even though it was admitted to be a communication error between them and the supplier and we have already paid in full for the customised order. As you will know, this is a pricey purchase and it is disappointing to not receive what was promised when we made the deposit. Update: downgraded to 1 star as after sales service continued to ask for replacement cost despite admitting that they previously agreed to replace the erroneous panel and that it was an error in communication to their supplier. Blamed us for not spotting the error when they sent a rendering. Honestly, i saw the drawing as accurate as the height was 50cm and they did not indicate the size of the gap below so I assumed it was a bigger panel that the sales team promised us. Reply to owner's note: I am waiting to be engaged as written in your reply but you have since asked us not to "repeatedly visit the shop" (we only went down once after the delivery to clarify the mistake) and not reply when we asked to speak to a manager while citing that you cannot make a decision about the cost. The cost was only mentioned after we opted to have the error panel replaced and we were led to think that cost is only involved if we ask to replace the back rail too. The after sales has repeatedly tried to gaslight us and backtracked on agreements. Update: Will be consulting CASE as store said that our discussion with the sales person was not verifiable (sales person not available for comment), they fulfilled base on rendering, was told that we should have known the panel was not bigger panel based on rendering, was told that any way bigger panel supposed to be more expensive from the get go (sales person quoted the wrong price to us) so we should just pay. Including more photos of defects (poor paint job, splintered wood) that we did not bring up earlier to inform future buyers of the quality received.

Wifey and I were looking to get bunk beds for my 4 girls and searched online for suitable brands. We chanced upon Kids Haven website and headed down to their showroom to take look. Upon arrival , we were greeted by a gentleman (aka CQ) at their front counter. We shared with him our intentions and he immediately brought us to view the various suitable designs for our consideration. CQ was very professional in serving us though I cannot say so for his other female colleague who insisted sitting at her desk to do her work while pushing another potential customer to him while he was handling us. (Kids Haven should really access and appraise your staff 's working attitude of such brand spoilers to improve the brand image) CQ was very detailed in his explanation , gave us good suggestions and even helped us took measurement for our room before we confirmed our order. For that we were truly appreciative. We eventually ordered their Matrix Corner High Bunk bed for my 4 girls. CQ also updated us about the delay in our delivery due to Covid and for what we were in a better know of when our bed frames will arrive. After our first purchase and good experience, we decided to get them to do up 4 customised pull-out drawer for each of my girls. CQ came down again to help us take the various measurements just to ensure that our pullout drawers will fit perfectly. Delivery was prompt and the delivery crews were professional and quick with the fixing of the bed frames and pullout drawers. Although they made a minor miscomm, service recovery was fast. We are indeed blessed to have encountered CQ and their delivery crews. Giving my most truthful review.

Was looking to upgrade my kids, aged 12 and 6, to a bunk bed so as to free up some space in their room. After browsing through so many different beds online, I saw this bed on Kids Haven’s website and decided to head down to their showroom to see the actual piece. There were so many choices and beds samples to see at their showroom and we had a hard time deciding which would be the perfect bed. What attracted me to this current bed is that it has so much storage space! Another thing I love about this bed is that it a pull out bed option is available! What’s even better is that the pull out bed even comes with extra storage which I have not seen elsewhere. With small rooms and growing kids, extra storage space is definitely a bonus! The salesgirl there was also patient in assisting us with our order. Only downside was the waiting time. We waited almost 3 months for bed to be delivered due to shipping delays which is understandable due to covid. The men who delivered and fixed up the bed were courteous and fast too. The bed delivered fits perfectly in their room and is very stable! Overall a great experience and my kids loved their new bed! Bed model: Cilek Studio Bunk with Staircase

We were looking at kids bed and wardrobe that can grow with my newborn when I found out I was pregnant. I was casually browsing and searching on my phone and chanced upon kids haven so we made a trip down to the showroom. Honestly was expecting to see a variety of kids furniture, however the display was limited. Nonetheless this bed set caught my eyes and it was love at first sight for me. We contemplated alot before heading down to the showroom again to view it for a second time before confirming our purchase. We love that it is a 3 piece set of furniture that grows with our child where the 2 piece side cabinet can be brought down and transform into bedside cabinets while getting a full single bed out of this set. We also bought the complimenting 3 door wardrobe and still loving it. The brown wooden planks has wood grains that can be felt, we look the smooth and textured feel that this whole set gives apart from the smooth white wooden planks. Quality wise, we have been using it for six months now and still in love with it. The fact that it is made in Turkey and shipped from there, each piece of wooden plank has a certified sticker on it as reflected in the attached picture. Customer service, after-sale service wise, the team could be reached via WhatsApp and were prompt in their replies and quick to get back with regards to the enquiries. Since we purchased the item way before the baby was born, we could have it scheduled for delivery after the birth of our baby and got it delivered on scheduled. Overall, we love this piece of furniture and would definitely recommend friends to consider kids haven as one of the option in giving themselves and the kids an additional choice.
