★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought this super single bunk bed from Piccolo House 4 yrs ago. Staff and lady boss Stacey are very helpful. Stacey helped to ensure the super single bunk bed is suitable for the kids room cos we hv a ceiling fan in the room.
To ensure the safety and even hv me to show her our room floor plan to ensure the existing built in cabinet wl not a hinder too.
Recently, we did some house renovation and hv requested Piccolo to send their staffs down to help dismantle and re-assemble the bed into individual beds.
On the day of our appt, as my painter was not able to complete in time, it cos Piccolo staffs to wait and they hv no complaints.
And days after, I ordered additional bed guard. They sent down pretty fast on the date n time slot I requested and even help assemble it.
Their bed quality is good and staffs are friendly and polite.
Highly recommended.

Totally disappointed, upset and angry with your staff who were present, that when my boy accidentally tripped and fell in your premise, left with quite a deep wound with blood oozing out, instead of offering assistance to us, (maybe a first aid box?) We were totally ignored while my boy was crying hysterically due to the deep cut on his forehead.
Carry up n pacifying my poor boy, We just sped off to the hospital.
My daughter shared that after the incident, she happened to witness the staff with a smirk on her face, when she heard us scrambling to attend to her younger brother’s cries, she turned and saw the lady smirked. She was so angry and teared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor standard of service. Informed that delivery and installation was between 2pm to 5pm. At 4.30pm, no news or updates. I had to call and enquire if the delivery was arriving. Staff told me they would call me back once they check on the delivery. I receive no calls whatsoever.
Thereafter, was informed via text message that the arrival would be 5.15pm due to some logistic issues.
Delivery arrived at 5.30pm with a one man show. it's almost 8.00pm and the delivery person is still fixing the bed and I had to cancel all evening plans.
By far, the worst service. Inconsiderate and poor management.
