★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero stars for very bad service. Used prepaid chope vouchers, 1 for 1 pressed juice, for any juices as stated. Bought 4, given 4 free.
After a few hours, the shop manager called, said I was wrong and immediately asked me to pay for the 4 supposedly free cold pressed juices. I was shocked. They insisted that the free items are a power shots instead.
After sending the exact details of the vouchers, all the manager said was “ok”. Did not apologies for accusing me despite proof given…
With such bad service and overpriced juices, I don’t see why there is a need to support this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service at the one at Cluny Court. (If i could give it a zero stars i would) Disputed over the number of bottles returned and no apology despite being correct along with proof.
Go to the one at Forum. Better service and much more helpful staff.

I highly recommend their other in-house products apart from juices, such as the soaps. Really amazing stuff!
The only one thing I don't quite appreciate is the lady manning the cash register. I find her a little stuck up, and rude, unwilling to answer questions. Otherwise, all good. Will definitely come back. Also note that all prices shown are before GST. They calculate GST while you're about to make payment, which will round up to a couple of cents/dollars extra.

I think it’s a cool idea of having a mix of the different ingredients in a bottle of the juice ! I can feel the thickness in a bottle . Basically it’s real thing !
First tried it at Fitness Festa at expo during their exhibition. I was privileged to tried most of the juice & they even give me a booster as complimentary . Wow! It has such a unique taste and really spicy . I guess it’s really good for people who is choosing healthier choice & having that juice as part of their cleansing or drinks.
Bought the bottle of juice at real deal 50% & taste super awesome . Check out the juices price on website . It’s kind of pricey but I guess it’s worth it since it’s really good deal in the bottle .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really would request that you review your service - 1st visit at 4pm on a weekend, there was a sign outside that said staff was on tea-break even though they were just inside the store, 2nd visit, juices had not arrived and I was told to wait 30mins, which turned to an hour’s wait. Could have been upfront to say the wait will be long and advice alternatives!
