Background: We booked a full body massage for 2 and the staff had the worst attitude + not calm atmosphere at all.

β β β β β Hardselling. terrible experience. Massage was good. Be sure to say, 'No.' clearly a few times. Said no when asked to top up, but masseur started citing benefits of cupping and that it is important to try, with no clear indication that there will be additional charges. At the end, was charged additional $29.96 for the 10 mins cupping. No extra massage time for cupping.

β β β β β This review is for the 111 Somerset outlet. Bought a package here from previous manager Noelle because of the good service from Emily and it was a lot nearer to home than my usual place. Unfortunately, just a couple of months in, both left. Total downward turn from there. Impossible to get a slot even 1 month in advance, staff turnover was high. The new manager is a nightmare to deal with. 0 manners and constantly pushing pacakages without any care to actually improve service.BEWARE if you look like you don't speak mandarin, this awful woman will not hesitate to mock you while you're right there. 1 star for the good location.

β β β β β I confirm all other reviews regarding the hard selling. I used my Fave voucher and I had a great massage with Julia. I would have come back again as the place is clean and the massage was good. Unfortunately at the end another lady came to sell her packages and she was super pushy. I wanted to take time to reflect but she kept insisting and was very rude when I said no. Due to this bad experience with her, I won't want come back.

β β β β β The massage was good but staff were very pushy throughout the whole massage and also afterwards. They kept trying to hard sell packages and wouldn't stop trying to convince me to try cupping or guasha until I finally agreed to add on that treatment. It was overpriced as well and I still felt tired after the whole session because I did not get any rest since the masseuse was constantly pushing me to add on treatments
