I love the space, lovingly prepared by Kaka, for my Sound Healing therapy! It felt cozy and warm. I had lots of tension releasing, my body adjusting and felt more ease in my body during my Sound therapy healing session. Feeling the vibration of Ancient Tibetan singing bowls on my body was beautiful. I felt so relaxed and I feel had a short power nap! After the session, Kaka shared some Sound Healing messages as well as self-care tools that was very useful, including some timely reminders regarding my life purpose and core values. Thank you so much for sharing your gift of Sound Healing with me, Kaka. ???

This was my first private sound healing session which came highly recommended by a friend, who said it is nothing like what we had experienced in group classes. She is right. I went in with an open mind with no expectations, open to what the universe and what it wants to speak to me. When it all concluded I had no words, there was a moment where I felt I became one with my environment and there was an inexplicable connection through the power of sounds and vibrations. Time definitely flew by! Her reading of me also resonated with me and inspired me to be kinder to myself. After the session, I felt it has sparked some spiritual and emotional healing that was deep within. Thank you Kaka for sharing this experience with me.

I got to know about Going Prakriti through friends. One session was around 90 minutes. And I had total of 6 session. They were spread out through months and my struggling phases. Definitely a highly recommended option for spiritual therapy. Although this area of expertise is very new to me, I personally feel her services were Excellent! Kaka Singh has great work ethics. She manages her friendliness, professionalism and set boundaries well; in a way that provides me comfort to open up about personal issues, and trust her with it. She was thorough with the detail of the session before and after. She made it comfortable to clear any doubts and queries, thus easier to voice out and communicate even more. The ending of every session leaves me feeling refreshed, zen, and widen up my psychological perspectives even more. I am glad to have opened up my mind to this concept of psychological/ spiritual therapy. It sets the neutral tone, not going against any religious belief, and yet has been scientifically proven on its benefits
