s	samantha wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got the Eltabina bus 1030pm from Larkin to Ipoh. We were asked to wait for 45 mins in bus at the roadside to change to second bus. After we changed to second bus, the second bus driver stopped 20 mins at the next rest stop to change to another driver, which is about 15 minutes away from the place we changed bus. After the new driver started to drive, he chatted damn loud with the previous bus driver, without considering that its already midnight. After driving another 30 minutes, he stopped at petrol station for 30 mins to refuel and rest. Really bad experience, Wasted near to 2 hours to wait for nothing. Not recommended. Please avoid this as much as u can.
A	Ankit Kumar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE WORST BUS TRAVEL EXPERIENCE: First and foremost, the bus came almost half an hour late. When I boarded the bus, then noticed that the seat number is totally different from what it was printed on my ticket. I checked with driver, he said that it is first-come-first-serve basis. If that is the case, the bus operator should clearly mention this. I had to travel in the front seat which was just next to the door, as the bus was OVERBOOKED. Please don’t consider this bus if you want pleasant journey.
R	Renugga Krishnan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service need to be improve here, overall comfort seats, but the driver drove bus all the way from Singapore to Jalan imbi instead of TBS, took bus for TBS and ended up at Imbi KL. Luckily my brother able to fetch me from imbi. Secondly, driver never stop the bus for toilet break. Almost 5hours inside bus without any toilet break. Pls take note of this.
S	Shankar Sivalingam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a express bus ticket from Singapore to KL. It was supposed to have only 1 rest stop then straight to KL. But after the Singapore immigration we stopped on the roadside and picked up more passengers . Passengers were going to Seremban. So I asked the driver are we going to Seremban first before KL. He said yes, the other bus broke down so we have to pick up these passengers. I asked one of the passengers that just boarded if this was true. He said no, the bus he was on earlier was fine but because there were only 5 passengers on his bus, they were told to combine the bus services. Now we had to detour to Seremban then to KL. I paid extra to get an express bus but ended up with a transit service . Not what I paid for and will miss my appointment in KL. Would not recommend to take this service unless you plan to spend a long time in the bus going for joyrides .

X	Xintong Hew on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought ticket from Singapore back to Seremban, stuck in the custom for about 10mins, then when I come out the bus has gone. I called their Malaysia office number can’t get through. I ended up have to make international call to call their Singapore number to ask them. The staff still ask me how come I can be left over. At the end the driver came back to fetch me, claims that he lost count. Ended up everyone in the bus have to be delayed for about 1 hour. Very bad experience and I will never take this bus again.
C	Cher Lee Kiat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took their bus from TBS at 1030am and arrived at The Plaza at 640pm. While the bus ride was comfortable, the multiple stops to pick up passengers along the way were unacceptable. The total journey time was more than 8 hours. Definitely will not use them again.
N	Nicky Chaniago on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a ticket from Singapore to Berjaya Times Square at 10.00 pm via the redbus application. we have to check in first to the clerk to get a paper ticket and be given 1 mineral water. the bus came on time, in a 2-1 formation. the bus is very clean, the seats are wide and comfortable, there is a usb port for charging. the driver also made sure everyone was back on the bus after immigration (both in singapore / in malaysia), not reckless. stop once when filling up with gas (can go to the toilet at this time). before arriving at Berjaya Times Square, it turns out that this bus also stops twice at Seremban & TBS. 10/10! Very Recommended!
