★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. The customer service sucks ! I was so busy with my schedule and their appointment are so difficult to book, I advanced booked it for one month or more. I literally forgot. The girl, still can be rude to me cause I forgot about it and wants to reschedule? It’s not like as if Singapore only got you this one dental clinic okay! Furthermore, she said”you can book your appointment when you are confirm ?” I am never going back there and I will never recommend my friends to go! Such a disappointment! I’m Glad I “forgot” about the appointment imagine I signed the braces pkg with damn dear god, every visit might be disastrous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Through a dental surgeon I trust, I get to know Embrace and Dr Tan. The experience has been great for the Invisalign treatment so far. Just that I am lazy to put on 22 hours daily. Self discipline is really important. I like the speed that Dr Tan deliver in each visit. He knows what he is doing thing. I feel some of the comments of the clinic’s customer service might be miscommunication. My office diary is lined up with activities back to back. I do try to make effort. If you are late, just WhatsApp the staff members. It is a basic respect and courtesy to them since they are in business. They can schedule for other patients. Counting down to complete my treatment. ?

Highly experienced people. I enjoyed the vibrant 90s ambiance and appreciate that the whole process is clear cut. Braces was more transparent than expected too.
No hidden cost surprises as I guess this is the only dental center that is all-inclusive at a fixed price, so that you can fully focus on the treatment.
