★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Triage Staff was great help in assisting customer. The front desk staff especially the Malay staff was kind and helpful but unfortunately they didn’t gave a clear instructions and flow on how to go with my blood test and I’ve waited patiently for 30 mins because I know and I understand the crunch of staff. The Malay staff was courteous enough to say sorry.
The staff nurse that was taking the blood test was able to console me and I was able to vent out that their workflow must be reviewed and the staff must be sensitive enough on their environment. The Indian Lady (I think is the counter for the dental appt) that was on the counter was not accommodating enough when I was asking where can I give my feedback. She just pointed out the QR code and that’s it, she don't even ask what kind of feedback I want to give to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst doctor I have ever met before DR KOH ENG TIONG as a dentist why in the first place he needs to know which race he is treating if he is a fair person? What got a race to do with treatment in the hospital? Seriously I am done with all your RAFFLES FACILITIES be it Raffles hospital or Raffles dental or Raffles whatever. I will never step into any of your facilities again and I will spread this most horrible and sour incident to all the people I know so that they will not have heartbreak like me in my own country. Never ever go to DR KOH ENG TIONG

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jaslyn, dr Koh eng tiong’s assistance was excellent. She was patient n helpful and her cheerfulness helped to make me feel at ease. My fear for dental was much mitigated by her calm. Dr Koh is the most skillful dental surgeon i hv ever come across! I will vouch personally for him any time for root canal treatments. He is definitely an asset and gem to have for any dental group.
