I am so happy with the service and care that the entire clinic has provided to me. Dr Lee is such a lovely person and I felt really welcomed every time I went in for treatment. I now wear a smile that many of my friends compliment and I am definitely recommending more people to them! Thumbs Up!

Love the experience with Dr Sharlene Low and she's the only dentist I trust after changing so many dentist. She knows and ensures to keep the patient's discomfort during the process to the minimal. Have recommended her to my husband and friends

Removed my braces today and I have to say Dr Geraldine Lee changed my smile and my life forever. My only regret was not getting braces earlier. I never thought those badly crowded and crooked teeth of mine could look like what they do now. Dr Lee was really upfront with me at the start of treatment (being that though I opted for Invisalign, my crowding was so bad that I will need metal braces to complete the treatment). She didn't oversell like some other clinics I consulted, and she was so prompt in responding to queries. Throughout the treatment, I appreciate her confidence and professionalism in planning the best course of treatment for me. I benefitted from the holistic approach taken, in that besides orthodontics, she also worked with Dr Low to reshape my teeth (again because my teeth were just so wonky), so that the overall result was not just straight teeth and a good bite, but also nice aesthetics taking into account your individual facial attributes. Just want to say a big thank you to Dr Lee and the staff of the clinic.

Dr. Geraldine Lee is by far the best orthodontist/dentist I've ever seen. She's extremely skilled, knowledgeable and has the best bedside manner. She gives you her undivided attention during every appointment and is more than willing to answer any and all questions. My experience with her staff has been wonderful as well. Can't recommend her highly enough!

By far the best clinic I've ever visited - not just in Singapore but also overseas. Great professionalism, super friendly and top-A service experience. Most of my visits were with Dr. Sharlene Low. She's extremely knowledgeable, skilled and personable. Would never cross my mind to change clinic. Give them a visit if you are looking for a top rated dentist / orthodontist.

If you are looking for a dentist/Orthodontist for your oral hygiene and teeth alignment journey with top quality care for that award winning smile, look no further. The Orthodontic Clinic is the only place you would ever need in this lifetime. At least for me. Truthfully, had I chance upon them earlier I would visit my dentist faithfully every 6 months. But no. I do not know why all these dentists in my life are nothing like these kind and wonderful human beings found at The Orthodontic clinic. There was this one time, when I was still a spring chicken climbing the corporate ladder and I was way too stressed that I didn't know I was grinding my teeth every night and every morning my jaw would hurt, so I paid a visit to a very experienced dentist who barked at me when I asked one too many question about my condition, basically took an X-ray and told me to come back 6 months later, while she did a cleaning and scaling job that vibrated every bone and every cells including nerves and blood vessels in my body, think that session might have given me anxiety and fears I didn't need in my life. Clearly, I didn't go back after 6 months. Have you ever gone to a dentist that came highly recommended by someone you trust but that visit felt like you would need a full set of dentures going forward because even when they are cleaning your teeth, it feels like the equipments they used are so unrefined and powerful enough to drill through concrete that it feels like as though an accident is waiting to happen like in an episode on Happy Tree Friends? Especially when they are trying to fix a cavity and it feels like a leprechaun is operating a jackhammer inside your mouth. This is how I felt, at every visit to the dentist. A total nightmare. Maybe I am just down in my luck when it comes to meeting good dentists, but not anymore after my visit to The Orthodontic Clinic just a few days ago, so thank God that 2022 is a brand new year and my luck is possibly changing, for the better. Hallelujah. If for some reason you love having therapy inducing ordeals + life changing encounters at dental clinics, then this place is not for you. But if you are looking for precise, knowledgeable, skillful and intelligent folks in addition to being over the top pleasant to work with you on your teeth or journey with you on your dental/oral needs, you need to pick up the phone and dial 67373850 and make an appointment right away. Don't wait. In my opinion, The Orthodontic Clinic is the only place for me and I think it could be for you too. From the front of the house to the back of the house, to the management, they are all really nice and kind people. I know they are nice because I am not. Lol. When I discovered The Orthodontic Clinic, suddenly all my white coat syndrome and all sorts of phobia went away. Didn't bring my fidget cube, turns out I didn't need it. In fact I have already fixed my next appointment in 6 months time. I saw Dr Geraldine Lee and Dr Jacqueline on the same day, the idea of seeing 2 dental specialists on the same day was daunting that I only slept 3 hours because I was really nervous and stressed out about visiting the dentists for the first time since eternity, apparently my irrational fears were unfounded and I should have slept in. Dr Lee is really professional and a master of her craft. If you are looking to start on your orthodontic treatment, seeing Dr Lee is all you would ever need, you don't need a second or a fifth opinion, you just need Dr Lee. Dr Jacqueline is swift and thorough, identify all my problems and gave me sound advice and treated some of my issues, when my session was over I was glad it was over and the entire session was so pleasant that I nearly gave her a hug but now pandemic and also, please, cannot anyhow hug people, later police catch. I wrote this review only because I am really convicted that this is by far the best dental clinic I have ever visited in my life and I am so blessed to be their patient. Simply the best. TLDR: Very good. Just pick up the phone and dial 67373850 and make an appointment.

I highly recommend Dr. Geraldine Lee and her team! Just completed my invisalign journey with Dr. Lee and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. Not only was she knowledgable and skilled in her craft, her friendly demeanor also made my trips to the clinic very pleasant and relaxing. Very very happy with Dr Low! I had a complex and dated veneer from childhood and many dentists didn't have the confidence to help me. Dr Low was very patient and helped with updating the "dated" veneer. She was methodical, skilled and confident. She was also very transparent about what to expect. She is absolutely lovely. So grateful to have found this clinic!
