1st time for my 1st home loan where he visited and took the time explaining the respective terms, theories, pros and cons patiently.
Pretty sure most first time home buyers like will face a data crunch when considering their first home and the loan is simply just 1 very important and expensive component.
2and time is recently. I had all but forgotten that I could refresh my loan for lower interest rates to gain savings.
But bryan remembers and reminds me when the time was about right. He also guides me to the steps and potential pit falls and again recommends the good deals as well as all pros and cons.
I also rely on him to give me his honest opinion as to what he would choose for himself and I trust he gives it with both honesty and professional experience.
