Not those who - follows everywhere u go- type. But attentive enough to give her opinion on things we asked. Ended up brought Gucci cap home for hubby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience shopping at Paragon Gucci shop. Staff are not attentive, showing attitude and impolite. Not expecting this kind of soulless service in luxury shop. Leave the wallet on the table when asked to have a look instead of passing to you (maybe he is very compliance to COVID-19 measures). The whole process was unpleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last night I had the worst customer service experience at Gucci Paragon store, ever. The sales person was not pleasant nor welcoming at all. I asked to see the new collection items (from balenciaga and gucci collaboration). The guy who welcomed me replied saying that he doesn't have any of those items on display and that he would have to go to the stockroom to get it (which he didn't) . He didn't even invite me into the showroom, he just showed me the products on his phone while I was made to stand at the entrance. What a "fantastic" customer service experience. I have never felt this unwelcome before. P. S. The other member staff standing near the entrance was on her phone playing games. Very unprofessional.

Good effort from her.
Location at level 1 of Paragon.
Quite spacious. Had 2 levels
Store design was as expected of a high end store. Well decorated and classy.
Bags, belts, ready to wear, shoes.
All look so nice. Just need the wallet to be fatter a bit, to buy.
Strongly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met the two most amazing staff which are Ben and Carmen. Ben even though being the team leader, he still helped me and my family and he's so friendly and a very humble guy. He would recommend us all the different products they have here in Gucci. And not forgetting Carmen. Amazing and lovely lady. She was very helpful with helping me find my first ever Gucci shoes and I'm very grateful to have been served by her. Will definitely come back to shop from Gucci Paragon.
