★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Free-of-charge, little known terrace right in the center of everything! The garden is as beautiful as the views are, and the fact that it's not crowded just makes it perfect. It's a bit tricky to find but you can go here through the "Durian" shaped building by just taking stairs and elevator

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good for friends or couples to visit here at night for chit-chatting while enjoying the free view. Would be better if the white shelter don’t block the view but of course, it’s very difficult to make a comparison to Sky Obversation Deck at MBS, which require entry ticket if you are not the hotel guest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hidden spots for taking photos of the whole marina Bay. And there is also a hidden children indoor playground there which is free of charge. Can go there either day or night for an Instagramable photo.
