β β β β β We booked weeks in advance since its a public holiday. and I even asked if we needed to preorder food for the group of 7. They said no need. In the end when we arrived they told us none of the food is available except fish soup... Totally unprofessional and my mum was very upset since we now had to hunt down other options for large group which is harder on pH

β β β β β Unexpectedly yummy, it's a hidden gem! The fish soup is really good, with a lot of fish meat. Everyone at the table loves it and we'll be back for more.
Service is very good here as well.

β β β β β Entertainer 1-for-1 brought me here. Very quiet & peaceful ambiance here with soothing instrumental music in the background. Very posh/lux design at the seating area with chandelier-like lights contrasted by the purple-lit bar counter which gives it a very Japanese yakuza bar-feel. Lol. This restaurant is located literally in the library. Inside you can see the entire library as it's partitioned by clear glass panels that says "library@esplanade". Only had their truffle fries which was GOOD. Fries were crispy & had a strong truffle smell topped with cheese flakes but a bit on the oily side. Service was great even though there's only 1 service staff. He was responsive, friendly & helped us with a lot of requests. Will be back again to explore their new menu after CNY. Less 1 star because a lot of items on their menu is unavailable.

β β β β β Dine here as a family of 5. I don't even know where to start as the experience is quite bad.
Made reservation at 6pm, arrived around 6.10pm and waited quite a while to be assisted.
We went in and the staff asked us where we want to seat then when we choose, another staff came and mentioned that table is aready taken.
We were given a table that is not even on the chair for dinner more for high-tea type but we just let it passed as we dont want to ruin out night.
We are using the Entertainer App for it's 1 for 1 mains. To our surprised, the selection for mains under this app is only 3 refer to photo (Angus Steak, Lamb Cubes, Iberico Pork). Which is a big turned off. Normally, when it says mains, it is applicable to all mains. We ended up ordering more than the limited options.
Food came, another total disappointment. The steak is thin and put on top of the fries that makes the fries soggy.
And to make it worst, all 3 steaks arrived and we are done but the 2 dishes were not yet served. It is just a fried rice and chicken wings. 3 of us were literally done while the other 2 is just about to start.
We were told that there is only 1 chef. For Saturday night and reservations were made in advance, they should manage their manpower especially this holiday season.
We paid $200+ for 5 pax.
Overall, won't come back here again.

β β β β β Nice ambience for a great evening. Enjoy the view of Singapore skyline just at the viewing gallery above. Food to try: Mackerel fish soup, grilled skewers, fried calamari!

β β β β β Ambience is nice. Went there for lunch with friends. Honest review, The best for us is the Lamb Cubes with Coconut Spice. Its the only food we enjoyed there. The steak was really dry. They didnt even ask how we want our steak to be done. Porkchop is like normal fried porkchop, only that the sauce for it is nice.

β β β β β Symphony Cafe and Lounge is a cafe with elegance. The moment I step into it, I felt very comfortable and classy. It's located at level 3 beside Esplanade Library.
We had fish soup at $14.30 which is very delicious and fresh. It's served with glass noodles and very milky fish soup. I love how they present the fish soup and their culteries.
I bought a 1664 beer to go along. It's chilled and affordable at $7.70.
The environment is quiet and they have tables that's perfect for family gathering.
They have a wide variety of drinks such as beers, wine, tea, coffee etc. Western meals are also available there.
