★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would say the staff was pretty darn rude.
I tried to use Samsung Pay and the staff rejected it as they say they do not have PayWave. I mean, I have worked with similar machines before but yea fine, I can accept ignorance. However, the staff flat out refused to let me even try it. When the manager (I think) walked over. The lady was saying very loudly "Everything is Ok boss" as if to let me hear it on purpose. Pretty disgusting behaviour to be honest.
Hey, if you dont know your stuff, dont assume your customers dont know anything too. You are just going to make an "ass" out of "u" and "me". Annoying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Denied of alcohol sales today by Indian female staff even tho it wasn't 1030pm. Reason being she says is her systems timing is already over 1030pm.
Worst of all rude and no initiation to explain it to me even tho I applead.
You can check your cctv ESSO will have time stamp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The night staffs are very friendly. We always pump petrol around 1-2am but the pump attendant would greet us cheerfully. We are regulars but they treat everyone the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experiences with female cashier staff (on my right near glass panel) at Esso petrol kiosk (Holland near St James Church) on 24Feb2017 at about 4.55 - 5.10pm. Cashier staff with "golden mouth" that cannot even open to answer or reply customer is bad and impolite.
Never, ever visit again. I rather goes further for Caltex which is about 1km away for better service.
Vroomm ESSO.
