β β β β β I only pump my petrol here for over 20yrs, i don't shop here or buy cakes or puff here, but looks good for people who hv no time, juz grab n run, i enjoy going to bukit merah ctr ntuc n food court nearby, i hv time. I m very comfortable with this ESSO station.. i feel at home. Respect begets respect.

β β β β β I washed the car twice here. The first time I washed it before CNY. It was very clean and professional. The second wash is today, not as good as the first time. The wheels were not wiped, just sprayed with a water gun. It was too irresponsible. I hope to improve. Bad reviews.

β β β β β Went to Esso at 17:20 today. I wanted to buy their sausage puff as I was feeling hungry. Too bad, I arrived at a time when the cashier had decided to top up some of the pao, I had to wait for her to open her plastic bag containing 6 pao when she could have simply made way for me to access the last warmer to pick up my puffs. Instead, I got a look down and decided to just leave the shop without buying anything. Thought Esso should hear this to ensure they train their staff on the minimum customer-oriented attitude they should require from their teams.
To this lady who just did this, think about it, and ask yourself βhow could you have handled me differentlyβ and I guess you would have had a very different attitude.

β β β β β New Air pump is there, but not working. The staff or managment purposly stop the compraser. This is unexceptable. Very Good business place. But, very poor service.

The guy refused to allow the redemption, he said he is only comfortable to cash only? The guys practically lazed around!

β β β β β Was here at in the evening of Christmas Day. Petrol staffs here are extremely attentive & friendly, and come to attend when you drive in to pump petrol. Will like to commend the elderly uncle here in particular. Thumbs up!
