Receptions staffs and doctor very friendly and very cooperative.. Even very helpful when i received my medication the receptionist offer a cup of water to take my medication on the spot.. I was very moved n touched by her act to go the extra mile.. Price is also very reasonable.. Well done team..

Went to the clinic for consultation as my 20 months toddler was having fever, took medicine, fever subsided when reached the clinic. The doctor was very unprofessional as he didn't follow the standard procedure, never even take the temperature of my son. Doctor claimed that I was overly paranoid and that my son was ok and rushed me out of the clinic as the doctor was afraid that my son has covid and might spread to others BUT he claimed that my son was OK. Checked with the doctor again if my son was alright and he then again claimed that I was too paranoid and rejected my consultation. Nurse repeatedly apologise to me and mention that doctor is very paranoid due to the recent covid situation. Firstly, I just wanna say that the doctor doesn't have a SOP that he follows and is very unprofessional. Secondly, the attitude of the doctor is totally unacceptable. How can a doctor choose to reject a consultation when the clinic is in operation? Thirdly, the way he treats his patient with totally 0 respect. He CHASED me out and told me to go to KK instead when I'm just checking with the doctor if my son is OK. I just want to disclaim that is not that I don't trust the doctor but its the fact that the doctor didn't even check the temperature of my son, all he did was say that my son is alright. I'm just worried. I hope the management of the clinic can look into this. It was a very bad experience and I hope no other parents will have to go through what i went through.
