★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impressed by their honesty and fairness in pricing. They quote me a price for installing both sprockets and chain. When they realised I was keeping the rear sprocket, they down their quote without me asking. To me, integrity, fairness and ability is more important any business.

Came in with a loose header pipe and missing screw, mechanic helped to fix the issue at no cost.
Friendly service.
Will definitely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, I called ET and requested for a copy of the invoice around Jan 22 that I have misplaced. Thomas told me that I would have to wait 6 - 12 months to get the invoice as the invoices have been sent to the accountant. He then proceeded to tell me it was a troublesome process to retrieve the invoice, which I understood. I acceded to the long wait.
I asked for a commitment to a certain time before getting the invoice so that I can prepare myself. Thomas said only when he remembers to retrieve the invoice and refused to provide me with a time period.
In my opinion, this was terrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to them since 3 years ago. The business is run by Thomas and he is a very honest and fair business person. Their mechanics' workmanship is also very good and I have never had a problem with their services or repairs. Recommended for any service and repairs. Seems like they specialized in Gold Wings and Tourer bikes.
