โ โ โ โ โ I sent my Maxsym 400 today to replace my rear brake. Reached the shop at 4pm+.
There's 2 person infront of me. So I wait, till there's another 3person who has just arrived behind me. After the first 2 has done, they chosed the person behind me to go first. I repeatedly told them to see my brake but after 3hrs later and when their shop about to close, they just said that I'm supposed to change the whole brake caliper set and since it's late no supplier available during this hours. In the end, I went back home with nothing done on my bike.
I won't post this if they told me earlier, when I had told them to check my brake but instead, they made me wait for 3hrs plus, chosed people queuing behind me to do their bike first, and only to see my brake when their shop is about to close.
Readers, you decide for yourself...

โ โ โ โ โ Just done my cruisym 300 full servicing today. Everything goes well. Prices is much affordable than other workshop. The service package is reasonable but I rather pay abit more to get a better engine. Overall thumb up will be back again when I'm changing my belt

โ โ โ โ โ Im a regular customer to them yet Cheats a lot and telling lies about worn out parts especially the tall mechanic guy, and when fixing back loose and many times breaks scooter cover. Spend thousands of dollar unnecessary. Figured it out after other workshop explained its totally not necessary.

โ โ โ โ โ There are now 2 mechanics working there. Accepts PayNow, visa and even GrabPay, but help small businesses by using cash or PayNow. Otherwise they have to pay additional fees to visa or Grab. Call before coming here to avoid waiting time. Be clear about what you want; I suspect some of the negative comments here are not justified. Note that they only do scooters, but they share a shop with another guys who does scramblers and sports bikes.

โ โ โ โ โ Google reviews have asked me to indicate whether my service received at this workshop reflects "Poor quality", "Poor value", "Not professional" or "Not on time" - I have selected all of the above. Have been wanting to write this review for awhile now - make your own judgements, just sharing my own experience.
Brought my one year old bike to this workshop sometime back to have a general servicing to ascertain the bike's roadworthiness. Took maybe an hour plus for a mechanic to attend to me (which is totally understandable, it was a busy day + I'm a walk-in customer), after which he did an inspection and said that my carburettor needs to be changed. Admittedly, I'm a newbie/new rider, thus err-ed on the side of caution and took his advice/ordered the necessary parts with the shop. Took three weeks for parts to arrive and cost of parts + installation was close to $400. In retrospect, I think suggesting a new carburettor for a fairly new bike (5,000km mileage) is highly questionable, but hey - I should've have done more research before trustingly accepting "advice" from the workshop (b..but.. workshop/mechanics are supposed to be the experts, right?). Don't even remember receiving my original carburettor back as well, probably gobbled up by the workshop.
I'd like to highlight at this point that I really don't have a problem that the shop advised a possibly unnecessary change at the customer's expense. It is, after all, the customer's decision to proceed and whether one gets chopped or not is really your own problem (basically, do your homework properly or be prepared to pay tuition fee. I definitely paid mine!). As with most things, the usual caveat Buyer Beware applies if you're not careful.
What really got me riled up, is that after installing this new carburettor, the bike broke down not once but TWICE in the middle of the road with the issue directly attributed to this carburettor installation. First time it happened (maybe a week after installation), I towed the bike back to the workshop where the same mechanic grumbled as he re-assembled a joint which was not properly secured. Explained this matter to whom I believe was the lady boss of the shop as well - in conclusion, no apologies for the problem/inconvenience caused by them, and definitely no refund of tow fee which was paid by yours truly. A second similar incident happened maybe a month or two later (same joint came loose), at which point I completely gave up and towed my bike to another workshop. This other workshop patched up my bike and till date, bike has given me zero problems. Bear in mind, total cost out of my pocket for this "issue" caused by first workshop was easily close to $500, not including the hassle of towing and the distress of having my bike breakdown in traffic twice.
I've heard stories of dishonest/unethical motor shops in Singapore but I have to say that this place was easily the worst experience I've ever had. Highly do not recommend getting work of any sort done here (especially if you're an inexperienced or a new rider, please stay far away/go at your own risk).

โ โ โ โ โ The technician Ah Hu has great knowledge and experience in scooters and maxi scooters. Prices are mid range for servicing. I used to bring my gilera runner here. Now i bring my ADV 150 here. They sell brands like Polini and Malossi and others. Great workmanship as well. Would recommend others.

โ โ โ โ โ Called before hand to check on tire availability and crowd. wait was around 30min and price was reasonable. Surprisingly, the new tires eliminated the headshake problem I was having. I suspect the wheel was balanced too as I saw new counter weights on the rim. The valves were new as well, plus the wheel was washed clean. Pretty happy with the service. Most vespa specialists are in the east so I'm glad thereโs a shop nearby(west) that carries wear and tear parts for vespas.
