This place have been my go-to place ever since I found out about them 3 years ago. The best customer service I've gotten from workshops I went. Not to forget the pricing, hard to find a workshop that can match Krazy's, it'sreally Krazy! For all your KTM needs, and others too! Don't be shy to approach any of them. The boss looks fierce all the time but once you get to know him, he is the nicest and will share knowledge with you??

This place is definitely one of my favourite workshop ever. This guys are really very friendly and very knowledgeable too, they patiently explained to me about what they’re doing and how certain parts work. They treat the bikes like their own and made sure it’s safe to ride. A huge thank you to malik and his awesome team and if my bike is not having a good day, I’m definitely going back there.

A friend of mine actually recommended me to try servicing my bike at Krazy Throttle Motors and now it is my go to shop ever since. 3 man show with good workmanship and very friendly people over there! The shop has a decent amount of accessories and whatever item you can’t find, they can help you pre-order it as far as i know. All of the prices in the shop is affordable! Cheap2. Definitely you won’t regret going to the shop. They’ll definitely do their 100% to give the best out of your bike for you!

Best KTM servicing shop in the west- quality servicing done by experience mechanic- Malik will not push u for unnecessary changes or services- do call or text the boss to give a heads up to avoid long wait. Mechanic does not know what he is doing and has poor workmanship Went for exhaust pipe change ended up leaving with headers all leaking exhaust air, 4x bent header engine mount and 4 destroyed new gasket due to old gasket not removed. Went to Krazy throttle on 31/12/21 for swapping of exhaust pipe and was served by this old Indian mechanic. The pipe I wanted to swap with (Yoshimura tri-oval) had 4 brackets (to be used when mounting to engine block) that were all bent into like something like an oval shape instead of being straight( most likely due to previous owner poor care). I asked the lousy mechanic whether my previous bracket can be used instead of the bent bracket (my bikes exhaust bracket is universal and not exhaust specific) and he said no as it was exhaust specific. Mechanic with his poor workmanship fastened the bracket to my engine despite of the bracket being bent and resulted in damaged of my engine block header mount. My header mount was straight ended up with all 8 mount being bent. After forcing the headers to the block, my exhaust header was leaking exhaust air badly (no surprises there) due to the bracket not being flushed to the block. mechanic insisted to use new gasket for the headers, but this incompetent mechanic did not remove the old gasket which were still in the engine block causing the new gasket to all be broken. After re-fastening the headers to the block the headers were still leaking air as the new gasket was already broken. This lousy mechanic still had the cheek to say nothing else can be done about it. At that point I gave up faith on that shop. Lastly, mechanic has no care and concern for customer bikes as the mechanic just drag and drag the exhaust all over his rough floor. Price was cheap but be wary of the poor workmanship Attached two picture showing my engine block with bent mounting after the mechanic declared ‘done’ clearly showing the pipe is not flushed to the block.
