★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a new rider that just bought a bike, I had some issues, before I went to motorcraft, another shop just asked me to change everything and didn't really thoroughly checked my bike or anything and just quoted me to change everything amounting to about 500 bucks,
The day after I went to motorcraft, the guys there were very nice and even patiently explained to me the issue, before even telling me the price they even advised me to bring the bike in and let them pin point the problem first before talking about the price which the main thing was my carburetor, he helped me checked the carburetor and replaced it with another one first, after that because the idling sound wasn't that smooth to him. He went to take another carb from another bike, adjusted my engine's valves until it was smooth. Overall 100% for the effort, service, and advise given to help me save the extra cash.
