Horrible doctor, the lady one always charge more expensive when they know that you have company insurance. Furthermore she will just give generic reply just to tell you off. Not recommended to go unless want to waste money and time

Clinic opening states 8.30am. I’m unwell, went at 8.30am so that I can get medicine early and rest. But Doctor comes at 9.30am. Staff ask me to eat breakfast then come back. If I can go and eat breakfast, sit around outside for 1h before coming back to see doctor, I guess I’m not very sick and don’t really need to see doctor at all?

What is the point of operating hours and the lady doctor come 1 hour late. Not once awhile, is every time. Not recommend to anyone to come to this clinic. Fees are expensive and medicine alway give us the lowest dosage and not effective enough.

Horrible clinic with rude staffs. Their opening hour is the time the clinic opens, but not the time the doc will be here. People are here at the earliest hours hoping to feel better but no, you wait cos the doc is queen. And you don't wait in the air-conditioned clinic, you sit outside in the heat with flies buzzing around you.

Dr Cheah is an amazing doctor. She is knowledgeable and patient to explain about your condition. However, giving it 1 star rating for the overall experience at the clinic. The clinical staff has an ATTITUDE. When you visit the clinic, there are 2 clipboards at the counter to indicate whether you want to 1) see a doctor 2) buy meds I was there to buy meds and waited for more than an hour. Thinking it was a very busy day for them, I patiently waited. It all came to my senses to finally ask the clinical staff when I've noticed a lady who was served approx. less 10 mins with her meds. Her name was BELOW my name and ALL names on the clipboard (to buy meds) were striken off EXCEPT for my name. Staff #1 was apologetic telling me it was a busy day (which I felt was just partly an excuse to make me feel better but appreciated the kind gesture) while Staff #2 who checks the clipboard from time to time KEPT QUIET. After the incident, I can't help but think that perhaps Staff #2 may have done it "on purpose". What are the odds of missing out a patient's name when my name was written legibly and it was a row above the last patient's name that was sold the meds, right? Well, regardless of her "personal reasons and intentions", I still believe that no patient deserves that kind of a treatment. Thank you.

The doctors here are by far the best I have ever consulted. Firstly, both of them are so very well knowledgeable, they inform you of what to eat and what not to eat in order not to worsen your health and even take the time to explain how your body gets sick. Secondly they have so much empathy towards the patients, they genuinely care and ask if they are okay and how are things. These doctors are so kind hearted and caring. Definitely worth every visit.
