β β β β β absolutely terrible clinic. the registration took more than 20mins for nothing, the receptionist is rude and totally disinterested - did not even look at the patient when we are asking questions. clinic crowded the whole time - i counted 7 pple including me, but the recept lied n said only 2-3 pple when someone called in to ask. totally irresponsible and unacceptable!
after i informed that i will be using my company insurance card, they interrogated me rudely and insisted i told them my occupation. iβd have gladly done so, but are their gangster tactics necessary???
time wasting place.

β β β β β Come here see doctor. Came to queue at 815am. Clinic open at 9am and i am 1st to register. But the doctor came at 910am and they skipped me and see other patients first. Not skip once but twice. Then say see the normal patient first then come out see us. THEN WHAT IS THE POINT OF QUEUING?!?! UNFAIRLY TREATED . why? Fever sore throat flu and cough very contagious to see a doctor is it ? ART KIT NEGATIVE but still got my queue skipped. WHAT KIND OF TREATMENT IS THIS? THEN NEXT TIME ALL NO NEED QUEUE LA.

NAME OF DOCTOR WONG.ζ·θ‘δΊδΊ. COME OUT LISTEN MY BACK LIGHTLY FOR FEW SECOND. ASK ME TAKE ART KIT TEST AGAIN. THEN THROW ME MEDICINE AND ASK ME PAY. NEVER EVEN SEE MY THROAT INFLAMMATION HOW SERIOUS OR ANY OTHER SYMTOMS OR WHAT. WHAT KIND OF STANDARD IS THIS. U PULLED DOWN DOCTOR ONG REPUTATION. DOCTOR ONG IS A VERY GOOD AND NICE DOCTOR.

β β β β β Rude and unpleasant experience. There were two front desk staff. Both female. One young woman and another one was an aunty. The younger staff was quite rude to me, despite the fact that I talked to her nicely and professionally. Secondly, during the registration process and when they took my ic, the aunty went on to interrogate me by asking what is my jobβ¦ is that really necessary? How does my occupation link to seeing the doctor? Will they refuse service to me if I say a particular occupation? Bc thatβs discrimination isnβt it?

β β β β β We were ignored for quite some time while waiting to register, but I tried to be patient as the nurse was busy dispensing medicine. She turned out to be quite nice as the crowd cleared.
Doctor was very patient and attentive when we explained our kid's eczema condition, and was equally patient explaining the possible causes and treatment.

β β β β β My 1st time went to this clinic recently. Registration was fast and you'll meet a kind-hearted good looking Doctor Ong.
Doctor took ART for me and was tested positive. Teary eyed as im travelling the week after. Doctor Ong knows how to comfort and treat his patients well. If only can give more than 5 stars. Both thumbs up!!!

β β β β β Absolutely unacceptable what went on today at the clinic. Queues at the clinic of 4 hours (Register at 12:00 see doctor at 16:00). Absolute caos and the worst part, they never advise you about the length of the queues, otherwise you can choose whether waiting or leaving (probably leaving).
They may argue it was a specially busy day but the truth is that you could see everyone working extremely slow even to give the medicines, so not excuse.
Save your time going to this overcrowded clinic, not worth the wait.

β β β β β Fast and efficient, female doctor very knowledgeable and caring. I visited another clinic last night and was prescribed wrong dosage for my child. Dr amended the dosing and gave good advice. Relieves the stress when child is sick. Thumbs up!
