β β β β β Good service from Tan Xin Ying. She was warm and friendly, and attentive to serve. She also took time to explain the shoes to me patiently. Many choices of New Balance shoes. I bought a pair which fit my requirements.

β β β β β Very bad advice from the cashier lady. When we asked for stock availability she advised us there is no stock in any branch within Singapore without hesitation/ checking (said only available online).
When we asked for shoe size details she gave misleading advice (asked us to buy 2 size bigger for toddler).
At the end we called another New Balance branch and they checked for us stock is available at another branch plus size should buy 1 size bigger only.
Not sure why the lady gave us such bad service. More training to staff required.
