Varieties of Malay, Indian and Chinese Food. Best selling Halal Nasi Lemak at 'Epok Epok Central' stall. Watch out the long queue but it's totally worth it.

Nice hawker, with good variety & proximity to the market & a bus interchange. But beware of some food stall like this, I saw a foreigner order nasi lemak, but as the customer was looking the other way, they put plain rice & added a small amount of nasi lemak on top. Its an affordable meal, but dont see the need to short change people

Almost all the stores were open for breakfast and lunch. But for dinner, only a small number of stalls were open. The epok epok stall sells tasty curry puffs and there's always a queue there. The curry served with the roti pratas were tasty, however the pratas would have been better if more well cooked. The fish noodles soup was ok but the ingredients were few. This place is best for breakfast and lunch.

Tried the u-main, can be better! The noodle is on the soggy side even though I am eating there. Soup is not up to expectation. But tomyam u-main really taste not bad, they might have added sweet and sour sauces to make it better! But won't try the plain one again!

Excellent Ventilation, varieties of Halal Food. I live at Eunos Crescent since late 1970s And my parents are still living here. It's tradition that Eunos Crescent Market serves one of the the best Malay And Indian Muslim Food. Great For Family and Friends especially on Sunday morning to gather and have a varieties of best food from Nasi Lemak $2.00 to $3.00, Lontong $3.00, Nasi Sambal Goreng $3.00, Mee rebus $3.00, Mee Siam $3.00, Nasi Rawon 4.00, Perata $1.00, Masala Thosai depending with or without toppings and keep them at affordable price and they still maintain to be gracious giving extra topping on side dishes. They are so delicious until it's hard for me to choose because the stall is passed down from generation to generation so the traditional taste is still there. I'm the 3rd generation and now it's already 5th generations. Sometimes I ordered 2 food at one go. Mee rebus, Nasi Rawon and Nasi Sambal Goreng is one of my favourite dishes. Better be early around 7am because the morning breakfast will finish fast depending on the crowds. To be honest I can see diversity of people from different ethnic group. Majority Malay Muslim, Chinese, China Chinese eating roti perata, Indonesian, Indian Expats, Today I'm not talking about TheYoung Red Diamond ?, the young, the adults and Families eating and enjoying themselves. The market has 2 areas to put your plates, Green mean for Halal and blue mean for Non Halal. The morale of the story behind Eunos Crescent Market is cohesiveness of multi cultural etiquette. I never seen a chope sign or putting of tissue papers for a table because it's been tradition for decades due to majority malay Muslim occupying the Market. Let's not be biased here. There is one particular one stall selling fish ball noodles and it looks like healthy food to me. The ques are are so long until it takes A L shape for patrons to dine or take away. I don't know the meaning on the sign board but it's famous. I always glance whenever someone who walk beside my table and proves to be a healthy fish ball noodle with soup, since I'm a Muslim I can't try although I'm a fan of fishball noodles with no chilli PADI please. Imagine someone like me grew up at this areas and spend nearly 40 odd years visiting this market even though I've shifted in 2006. I visited lots of older generation stalls, some belongs to family that I know since 1st generations and I'm the 3rd generations. Most stalls are my friends stalls it's kinda hereditary stalls. We are friends relatively. Your's Sincerely From Smiles Food begins with me.

Best Indian prata I've ever tasted. Portion is big and there is even meat and gizzard in their gravy. I ordered "1 kosong, 1 telur kuah campur/banjir" very filling plus 1 teh tarik! Complete combo breakfast!
