★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deliveroo-ed One order of Bak Kut Teh and satay beehoon.
Before reading further, I am aware delivery platforms do take out some profits off food vendors. However I do still want to air my thoughts because the biggest gripe is the taste (poorly).
Bak kut teh review: portion is too small and $10.50 for three ribs is quite pricey. Taste wise, quite a lot of MSG but it was the better one between the soup and the gravy of satay beehoon so 1/2 star.
Satay BeeHoon: ingredients were overcooked. The liver chopped into small bits. The satay gravy tasted like it was made of Bak kut teh with peanut sauce stirred into inappetising brown liquid with watery consistency. 1/2 a star.

The trotter is good though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $5 for so called kway chap,don't even have small intestines and 2 measly pcs of large intestine. quality and quantity getting worse, sauce used to be thick n flavorful, never gonna eat there again... just returned it without touching it, not gonna support these stingy poor quality stalls. attached another pic of decent quality kway chap for reference

More towards the Teow Chew version. My total damaged $19.80!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bak Kut Teh with Braised Tau Kee. At a coffee shop just right outside Eunos MRT entrance. This broth gets a thumbs up from me and also unlike the more famous stalls which has a day off every week. This one does not!

This stall has been quietly operating for more than a decade, and while prices have certainly gone up, they still offer good value.

The soup has an above-medium strength of savoury garlicky peppery flavour, though it doesn't linger on the palate.

The pork ribs are rustic in presentation, but meaty, chunky, and tender enough to slide easily off the bones.

The pickled salted mustard greens are light with vegetal sweet salty flavour, yielding with a juicy crunch.

Very peppery and nice.
Cost me $10.60 since i ordered $8 spare ribs plus salted veggie & rice.
Meat does not easily fall off the bone but is not hard to separate. There were 3 ribs in my order.
Big portion of the tasty soup.
Salted veggie was too much salty.
