β β β β β Made and appointment and the clinic wasn't even open. Got a call from the nurse, she asked to come back the next day, inform her that i need to work, she suggested i could take an mc. So i asked her dentist can give mc? She said yes if i am having a extraction. So if i take mc, i must get an extraction?!
Very unprofessional and very stressful. Avoid if possible

Today I paid $147 for teeth scaling and polish.
Scaling was very uncomfortable and painful to me though. I have sensitive teeth.

β β β β β Horrible service by dental assistant/receptionist, Nadiah, at Dental Focus Eunos. I called in to enquire for retainers and she picked up the phone with "ya????", instead of greeting customers. She asked for my name and I spelt it to her and she irritatedly replied me with "can you spell it slowly or not?!". Dentist's schedule and my work timing did not match and instead of helping me choose a better timing, she replied me curtly with "oh that's just too bad then." WHAT KIND OF ATROCIOUS SERVICE IS THIS? I emailed them 3 times and no one has responded to me as of now.
Needless to say, I did not do my retainers at Dental Focus Eunos Outlet.
