β β β β β Have been here several times, the staff were friendly & responsive, decor beautiful and as well as the sound system being good, a good place for chilling and singing (reasonable price). This should be the reason why they are always full house, so hv to walk in/book in advance.

β β β β β This is based in comparison to other KTV. I was really excited to be in a themed and cool aesthetic room but was surprised to have a simple room. Some fun extra instruments were missing because they say customers took it. They never replaced. Service was not overall good. Not accommodating. Was in for the hype and news I got from it but after experiencing it, not worth the price, waiting and effort to book. Overall was still fun but other affordable KTV ones are better.

Sound system is good. Room is comfortable.
Cons:
Very difficult to book a room through its hotline. Store opens at 2pm, staffs came at 1.50pm. One staff has poor attitude, impatient when being approached. Billed us at a wrong room rate when we check out (I clearly mentioned the room type that we have booked before we entered the room). Website is not updated with the latest prices and we only got to know the price increase when we check out.
