I visited the salon a couple of times for facials and eyelash lifts. My beautician was none other than donn herself, she was really professional and after visiting her salon, my skin improved so much, my face absorbs skincare products better, and the blackheads on my nose area was fully extracted, which leaves me with baby soft skin. Absolutely recommend donn for any facial or skin related issue.

I really love this place as it is super clean and everybody over there is very nice. The professionalism that she portrayed is very rare to find. She also helped me with all my pimples and now, I have very minimal acne. The treatments are also super worth your money :)

Very patience and trustable beautician. Have serious oily skin problem and I can see the result after one treatment. Donn and her colleague are very experience. They will explain the issue in detail. Price are reasonable and skills are great. After the first visit to the beauty salon, I only trust them. I always travel from Punggol to Choa Chu Kang just to look for them as they are incredibly good. The massage and gua sha are very comfortable too. Well recommended place for people who want to fix their face issues without getting their money cheated.

I was recommended by my friend to go for facial at Donn as I was facing with sudden breakouts and multiple pimple scars. After a few sessions, I am definitely satisfied as I can see improvement on my face. I love the fact that Donn has a bubbly personality, knowledgeable in providing me information on how to treat my skin better and always does a thorough extraction in helping to clear all the clogged pores and pimples. I started visiting Donn Beauty Artistry after reading some positive reviews about the place on a popular bridal forum. I had never been to a beautician previously but Donn (and Nicole) left me with no reasons to worry! They were attentive, friendly, genuine and not pushy. I was very impressed. I also only had five weeks to my wedding day and they worked out a plan for me, who has oily, sensitive and acne prone skin, to achieve better and radiant looking skin. Kudos to them! Now I continue to visit for monthly maintenance and it is always a pleasant experience. I know that I am constantly in good and skillful hands. Highly recommended!

I visited Donn after being recommended by my friend and I am very pleased with the facial experience. Donn is a very cheerful, friendly, meticulous, thoughtful beautician who is very passionate in solving her customer’s skin problems and ensure visible results. She is very patient and knowledgeable as she is explaining to me the causes of my skin woes and provides information to improve my skin condition. I am very impressed with her extraction skill as the pain is acceptable and mild as compared to my experience with other facial beautician. I can see significant results after 2-3 sessions! I can honestly say that my skin is really not easy to deal with as I am someone with problem skin (oily and sensitive) and had went for facial at other places without much signs of skin improvement shown. My skin was in a terrible condition when I went for my first session (I have to see Donn for WEEKLY facial to clear my clogged pores and balance my skin PH…that’s how serious it is), it was very oily and sensitive… But now, my sensitivity has reduced and my skin had become less oily thanks to her effective product and treatment recommendation ???? What I like about her is also because she is not pushy and does not hard-sell her products and services. Highly recommended!!
