β β β β β Lousy service!!!!
Official closing time stated is 9.30pm and they refused to treat me when I walk in at 9pm saying they have a long Queue in front (which is only 6person)
Not sure if they are purely lazy or inefficient.
The workers were rude as well, kept complaining to me that they have been OTing for the past days and chased me to the side.
Understand that itβs stressful and tiring to work as a health care worker, but if you are getting paid for working here, do your minimum people.

β β β β β Dr Jeffery Ho is unprofessional. He seems like only being interested in chasing patients out of the room. He just keeps repeating "I'll give medicine" over and over again. When I asked if its advisable to give my grandmother lopermide, he just said "I'll give her medicine". Isn't it the right of the patient to know what medicine the doctor is going to prescribe? He never even check for allergy before hand. What if someone were to be allergic to a certain medicine. Luckily my grandmother doesn't have any allergies.
I advise you to not go to this clinic if Dr Jeffery Ho is on duty. Hope he hears from the Medical Council soon.

β β β β β Reached the place at 8.20pm to do ART. And there were still many people who came after me. Due to confusion, my queue number was forgotten. People who came after me, already seen the doctor. Did the swab finally at 9.20pm. Not even to see the doctor, but just for the nurse to do ART for me. Could have left right after the ART, but the same nurse insisted for me to collect a piece of paper that the clinic states my ART "negative". Did not know how that piece of paper will cost me another half an hour. After their closing time 9.30pm, they were cleaning up and I was the second last person to leave the clinic at 9.50pm. Cries. Previously, when i did ART in another clinic, i was told to leave right after the swab, cuz the result will show up on tracetogether anyway. Why did i stay for that piece of paper. The ART kit is the same as those you buy from the supermarket. The only difference is that the process is verified by the govt system. Yet this whole process, took them 1.5hours. This clinic is very uncoordinated.

β β β β β Poor service! Asked me to collect my report for few time and the ICA form also can't fill up properly because of error they asked me to collect it by tmr because they were busy. Very poor service and no responsibility for their job including the doctor.

β β β β β Went to the clinic earlier today and was attended by DR JEFFREY HO KAI KWONG. So I consult him for my leg injury and requested for light duty. By mouth, he told me that this particular clinic does not give any light duty. Instead, he gave me 2 days MC and the consultation last less then 2-3 mins. So my advice, do not ever go to this particular clinic especially when DR JEFFREY HO KAI KWONG is on duty.

β β β β β Horrible experience! I went down to this clinic as I am feeling unwell (temp of 38.1Β°C) and ART Positive. Upon arrival the place is a mess. I dunno to approach who as I am feeling abit dizzy. The nurse took my temp, now (39.5Β°C) and still ask me to fill up the form standing..I was already not able to stand straight and was ask to take a seat outside due to having symptoms. Gave me the Q- number slip (33) to wait. As my number show up on the screen and I went in to the clinic, only to found out that the doctor press wrongly as there is already another patient inside the room. The counter staff then ask for my name and said I have the wrong number slip. I am suppose to me (34) and no apologies were given and ask me to go out and sit. Went in to see doctor, but less than 3 mins ask me go out alr. Said to wait for the swab. I waited for like 15 mins only to see the staff chasing ppl away and closing the clinic. I then proceed to ask if they are still going to do a swab on me? The nurse then ask for my name again and said why didn't I come in and ask earlier. I was furious and told the nurse that this clinic do not have a proper procedure for patients. Everything you have to ask if not you will sit there until the cow come home. After the swab, took medicine and went home. Only to realise that there is no indication on the medicine how much to take the cough syrup..

β β β β β I can understand that it is busy and stressful for the healthcare workers in times like these, and that long waiting time is inevitable. However, they also have to understand that people who go to the clinic are unwell, sick and already in great discomfort.
After waiting for close to 2hrs just to see the doctor, I was shooed out within less than 5min. He was impatient and half not really letting me ask questions.
Then I had to wait to collect medication and get my PCR done. I got swabbed first, then was told to wait outside the clinic again for my medicine. After waiting for half hour then a nurse came out to get me into the clinic, saying I ought to have gone in to collect my medication. She called me in only after seeing that I was outside waiting. But it is their own staff who told me to wait outside as I had Covid symptoms.
They ought to be more systematic. And since they are likely to have to keep patients outside waiting for the long haul, install what is necessary for patients outside to see what queue number is being called in to see the doctor, get swabbed or collect medications. The long wait let me see how messy they were. The nurses had to keep going in and out fruitlessly as well. One nurse actually came out to ask a passerby who was smoking under a tree if he wanted to see the doctor, because she could not find her next patient. The lack of proper system not only made patients waste time, but also wasted their own staff's efforts.
