It was my 1st time buying a car. So i decided to get Evolution Motors to assist me on my purchase.. I approach one their Agent Azhar to assist me. It was a smooth process everything was very transparent no hidden cost..

Enquired for the car at 2.44pm, was told that viewing could be arranged for this particular car at 2.58pm by a staff named Yun. She stopped replying after sometime. So I called the number stated on Google and was referred to another staff named Dom. So at approximately 5.43pm we agreed for a viewing session of this particular car at 8.30pm on the same day. So the time and date was set and I was told to swing by the shop. When I reached the shop, the car was nowhere to be seen. I was told to enter the shop to sit down and we had a chat while Dom took out a piece of paper to jot down my particulars. Unfortunately, I travelled all the way to the shop just for my particulars to be taken down and to be told that the car was sold. Staff did not even bother to check beforehand even though they had ample time. They only started checking the whereabouts of the particular car when I have reached the shop. No doubt Dom was polite and well-mannered whatnot but kindly have the initiative as an organization to check beforehand so that you do not waste the time and effort of your future customers. Thank you.

Evolution motors is a very transparent company. They will really explain to you the whole process, so we as customer will have a better understanding. Whatever money the we customer have to fork out , evolution motors will explain to us where that money will go. Best part about them is, all of them are friendly.
