Engaged one Indonesian helper to take care my son in 2015 and now another Philippine helper in 2017 for my new born. Was recommended to this Maid agency thru my aunties whom they had engage their services throughout the past 10 over years. What I like about this agency, is their staffs are all very experienced and helpful. They had help me draft schedule for my helper in their naive language and brief them well before they come to my home. Very good after sales service also. 5 Star

This is my second experience with express, the first time the agent is very professional and we had great experience so this time we just directly approach express but had relatively a bad experience. My FDW was not doing her work well from day one and the information of her provided by agent was not true at all. Ie. She had two kids and one of them is only one year ago by caesarean while the agent told me she only had one child and he was born 5 year ago. Our home work load is considered small as out child going to child care center everyday from9 am to 5pm, most of the cooking is done by my father in law. All FDW need to do is cleaning and housekeeping, she can’t even do this well, always left stains on floor and once even damaged our leather sofa by using dettol to clean it without asking us. We still bear with her and try to teach her on how to work in a manner which suits our family better. My FDW requested to be transferred right after 6 month warranty period and the agent had some private conversation with her without notifying us. After their conversation, the agent tried to convince us to transfer her instead of sending her back home. We talked with FDW and accepted her request of adding off days from once a month to four times a month and some other requests like not mopping the floor due to personal reason. After 2 month, my FDW just ran away from home without informing us and left our door wide open, we tried to contact her and she refused to answer our calls nor reply our messages. The agent called us and said she had a conversation with my FDW and tried to convince us again to transfer her despite our request to send her back home. The agent also refused to provide the location of our FDW. After a couple of hours, we still cannot contact our FDW so I have no choice but have to report to police as I’m afraid she is in danger. The police officer take my statement and initiate seeking process. The second day, my FDW finally answered calls from police officer and the agent again called us and forced us to transfer her instead of sending her back. I’m not quite sure why the agent keeps pushing us to transfer her despite our description of her poor workmanship and negative attitude. I really do not want to transfer her to another family considering her skill and attitude and am willing to send her back home while bearing all costs. But the agent just keep pushing us to transfer her and no compensation from them at all. I find express to be very unprofessional and unhelpful now and would not recommend to anyone else.

Found their website online and manage to get a maid from them, after a long wait for the approval and SHN i finally can fetch the maid home in June. Their staff are experience and honest. They had explain to me on what to expect from a new helper and really had done their part and counsel my maid when i have problem with her. Guess there is no perfect maid in the world but services from their staff are prom and sincere. thank you Expressmaid.

During this tying period, I am glad to have Express Maid to assist me in looking for my next helper. I have 4 kids and thus, its a bit more challenging to find a maid who wants to work for me as well as one whom pass my expectations. Jess kept sending and recommend me maids whom she feels is suitable.
