I’m a first timer in getting a helper for my family.. Chance upon Stella Recruitment Agency and was served by Atika.. As someone who does not know about getting a helper, Atika went through all the necessary procedure and help me alot throughout all the process patiently.. And moreover it was during COVID season and the process was quite stringent with additional protocols to take note off.. She diligently and advice me a alot.. Now 2 years is coming to the end for my helper, SRA did a great job in finding me a helper who is knowledgeable and hardworking throughout her tenure..

Sent The Maid back to agency after she worked only one month at my place. The Maid was hired by another employer almost 3 MONTHS ago. there’s NO REFUND on the PLACEMENT FEE ($3000+) to me yet even though contract stated that there will be refund within 3 weeks. (Not exceeding 4 weeks). Sent a few messages to the agent to follow up and there’s no reply.

I had a wonderful and great experience with stellar recruitment. I hired a helper from them through nurul last year and they replied promptly, and were absolutely fantastic with follow up. They will update me with the documents process constantly without having me to go after it. My helper turn out to be a gem, but recently her mom had ask her to return home and i need to look for replacement. I had contact lina recrntly, she was very kind prompt and helpful with all my enquiries. She sent me like tons of bio data, like literally lots of it to choose from and filter, unlike some agent they only send like a few stopped and expect us to choose. She will constantly update me new bio data, and help me to interview and filter and recommend genuinely. But at the end my helper decided to stay. I felt so sorry to have bothered her for awhile but I really appreciate their kind assistance. This is what I call professionalism, despite me telling her i could not proceed anymore, she's still being so polite. I would definitely recommend my friends to them for sure.

I have been with Lina, my agent for 10years already. Gotten few maids from her. She is able to match the correct maid for me. She always reacted fast to my reported issues and has helped me handled exit of a difficult maid. Really appreciated her professionalism. Thank you Lina.
