The service is terrible, most lousy clinic ever encounter! Will never visit this clinic again.

One of the Very wost medical clinic in sg. The staff's not respect to the customer.

Super rude customer service! I called many time for the first time, never answer. I don't mind, but once they answered and ask about medical checkup for work permit, geez... the answer is super f rude. I should give 0 star for this clinic.

Very bad customer service, do t attend to customers. When ask like dont want to do business anymore, mailnly the sr.counter staff.

The staff there is really unhelpful. We just wanted a references letter. The staff did not process & yet do not allow us to speak to the doctor. To speak to doctor? Please do down with an appointment! They are wasting time for urgent cases! Thought they are suppose to be more compassion, if not at least helpful?? Will write to HCI.

Service attitude is very poor, go to the blood test after the hand appeared bruising, very painful. And I would like to say that a Malay nurse at the counter was very rude and had no service. I needed to get the report that day but the clinic said it would take the next day to get it, so I went out the door and contacted my supervisor to let her know that the report would have to wait until tomorrow. Then my supervisor and I after discussion,asked me to ask the person at the counter if there was any other way to get the report except to go back and get the report.So I walked back and forth a few times, last time I went back to ask the Chinese nurse a question, next to the Malay nurse to me kept walking back and forth, and not satisfied, said a word: why the girl has been back and forth (Her tone was very impatient and bad). Finally, I would like to thank the Chinese nurses, I'm sorry I went back and forth a few times to ask you a few questions, but you are very professional and patient to help me. Thank you.

Poor customer service.... They should inform and respond to patients who are waiting first… or can let them know wait a while or take ur seat … Just let the patients wait there like a stupid…. we pay money , not free .. one more thing let the patients know whether they can go back or no.. How come patients know? So stupid lahh…. Once done let them know , okay your test is done you go back and come for collection on the stated date…The front desk one of the Chinese lady (without spec) is very rude … no manners at all….The worst clinic I have visited?

If can’t do x-Ray in afternoon, they Should inform before paying fee. She nvr inform to me. She asked me to come second day morning form X-ray …and & second day afternoon 4:00pm for collecting report. Ohh my goodness just for one medical report how many times need to go there. In counter one Chinese women she was superb Rude.. it’s my last visit to this clinic. This clinic not eligible to get even one star but no choice.
