β β β β β The service was really great! Consulted them via their whatsapp as we wanted to install the ceiling fans in our room. Their reply were very prompt too. Installation period was smooth and it was being done very fast! Very impressed!

β β β β β Ordered 3 fans from this company , asked the CS about the fans size and 2 fans came in wrong size. They refused to exchange the fans and waited for the customer service more than one week also no reply. Be careful if you want to buy from this company .

β β β β β Responsive and very efficient. Thereβs an option of payment via Hoolah with no interest and that is a plus point.
Confidently purchased 36inch B-star ceiling fan but when installer came, he was kind enough to mention that i could actually get a 46inch fan instead. Called Jason from Extra Home to check if I could do a change of size and he helped me on the spot. Jason called installer and they actually made a change of size for me and came back to install within the next 2hr without asking for extra payment.
I am so grateful with Jason and the team for helping me.
I would recommend them to my family members and friends.

Very fast and very efficient.
They are very prompt with their reply to all my nonsense queries. ?
I requested an extra extension of the wiring to make the fan fixture towards the Center of my bed. This is something that is not pre arranged. They are very obliging to my request and had it done without question.
I definitely will recommend my friends and family.
And I myself will definitely go back to them too.

β β β β β Jason from ExtraHome was friendly and responsive to my queries. He and his contractor gave sound advice and recommendation on the fan model for my false ceiling. The contractor did a wonderful job on the installation.
The net price including warranty and installation is a steal. It is in fact below market rate. The price is just as quoted with no hidden charges.
Well done! Highly recommended.

He say thank you for the offer instead of taking It.
