★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Winny was extremely helpful and professional even though my indecisiveness took me over an hour just to select the frame. She also was super attentive to be able to spot the types of frames that caught my eye and patiently recommended me the all the similar designs/colours available (which they have a wide range as well). After which she carefully explained to me everything that I needed to know and consider as a first timer. Truly a pleasant experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn't know about the shop, just first time hop in to get my son's glasses. I hope i get the staff name correct, Ms Yee. She was very helpful, patience and knowledgeable attending to us. The other female staff was friendly too. Excellent service!! Definitely will come back and happy to be able to know about this shop.

Went to bedok outlet. The lady was alone. She was attending to me when another customer walked in
I can understand when she asked the customer "can I help u?" Thought she would tell him after that to hold for a while because she was attending to me.
But to my horror, she simply left me midway and attended to him *first* leaving me fuming for a good 15mins while she attended to him.
Came back to me without an apology. I gave her a piece of my mind about customer service!
