There was once when i had an infection in-between my root canal and needed to see Dr Collin urgently. Lulu went all the way out to help me secure an earlier slot and i am very thankful for that!! :)

Dr Chin is professional and knowledgeable and his friendly nurses Lulu and Shirley always make my experience pleasant and comfortable. The clinic is clean and convenient in the heart of Bedok too :)

His assistant Ms Lulu is very cheerful and helpful and explains the billing clearly. Also very efficient in managing appointments to suit our needs. We are pleased with the services rendered at Royce Dental Bedok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for my usual scaling and polishing. As always, Dr Colin is exceptionally skillful and professional, have been with him for more than 5 years. His highly efficient assistant Lulu is another delightful encounter, she remembers all the patients’ names and could recognize their voices over the phone as well. Lovely experience there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dentist Dr Jeanette Chen is v thorough in her checks n explanation. she tot through all the potential options (4 suggestions!) for my cracked tooth. The assistants are friendly too. Enjoyed my experience and the scaling n polishing treatment was not painful at all too
