Useless place. The sales person wasarogant & ignorant.
He had no patience to listen to our requirement and instead he started behaving the way as though he is doing a favour.
Who is he? After all a sales guy, what has he achieved in life?
I think this store will not make any sales with salesmen like him.

β β β β β Very poor customer service. We were explaining that we tend to break our glasses frequently. Before we could finish the salesman interrupted us 'we do not have any glasses that do not break' and he was not trying to be funny. He was hesitant to make any kind of effort to understand our need. In the end he pointed us to Owndays.

β β β β β Overall a pleasant experience. It was my first time trying out contact lenses, and the salesperson was extremely patient with me, making sure that i understood what he said. He was careful in giving instructions and was extremely nice! In the end, i only took less than 30 minutes to put them on and was praised for being brave and putting them on quickly by the salespersons :-)
