★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs at the Eyecare People are helpful, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. It was overall a good experience. Having the means to communicate via whatsapp was great. The only downside is that it might be challenging to locate the premise if you travel via train. Therefore, please factor in time to locate the shop during your first visit.

They will provide the details info and knowledge of the eyes check up, selection of glasses and how to take care. I knew Eyecare People because of Joi Chua. Her famous in singing and expertise as optometrist. Ms Olivia and Mr Kiat Ming provided me a good experience during the check up as well as the selection of eyewear. Very friendly and experienced. Looking forward to the next appointment for review. Will definitely recommending to my friends and relatives. Appreciate and thank you very much. ?

She also constantly checked that I was comfortable with each step of the eye check procedure as it was my first time doing a thorough eye check up. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and she is very friendly. I definitely recommend anyone who would like to get an eye check up to check out Eyecare People!

Elysse was my optometrist and she was knowledgeable, professional and gave good advice on preventive care for my eye conditions beyond current interventions. In fact everyone at Eyecare People were friendly and helpful, never made me feel hurried along. I also appreciated that hey had glasses that suit different budgets and preferences.

Everyone was courteous, patient and highly attentive and I am grateful to have come across Elysse at Eyecare People! I'm so impressed with the time and great care she took to understand my concerns and details to my eye screenings . On top of correcting my vision from the other kind gentleman, they also sought to fit me with proper contacts for high myopia & astigmatism. As I was traveling, on a short notice she ensured that I had the contacts to tie me over for my trip. Thank you for such a pleasant experience and care to my eye needs. I am wonderfully pleased to have finally found a place for our family vision care!
