β β β β β Customer service is good but the salmon set meal the rice is cold. They did not heat up the rice and didn't take pride in their work. Had a stomachache and daily runs to the toilet.

β β β β β Overall I really love my Sushi and the Miso soup they cooked but the chicken I think wasnβt cook properly. But the rest of the food I ate was really delicious! :)

β β β β β Will always go to this outlet, because of the staff's (lady in white uniform at cashier) service and positive attitude! Keep it up!!!
However, room for improvement for those in black uniform service staffs....

β β β β β One of my favorate store, always receive warm welcome by all the customer service here, especially Ah Ling who guided me patiently how to use the Shop Back app to save on my order cos I use to order Gyu Don for my children that they love, fresh egg beef just rightly done.

Order from grab delivery under same price as store but wonder why they remove the price tags.

β β β β β Iβm really very surprise for the portion of salmon don $9.50x at super small portion .. canβt even fill up my stomach.
I guess company can look into upgrade the size ?
Overall, the employee at front line very fast & efficient.

β β β β β Honestly this is my meal with Umisushi today, I had the Katsu Curry Don on ShopBack promo. I have to say it was really delicious. Staff was friendly n accommodating too.
