Cindy at the reception was warm and helpful as well and explained the medication frequencies clearly. Looking forward to our next appointment

β β β β β Doctor Andrew treated me for my wisdom tooth removal. He was super patient and caring when I was scared. His nurse Joanna was super nice too. The receptionist lady Cindy was kind and detailed in answering my questions. Kudos to the team!

β β β β β Dr Valencia Chan has done a great dental cleaning and check-up. She recommends X-Ray to further examine my toothache. One of my tooth needs extraction but she is not pushy and asks me to consider and make another appointment. Overall experience is excellent. Difficult to find a good dentist and will go back again.

β β β β β Dr Andrew is a very patient and humble doctor. He is very careful in handling all his patients. I am delighted to have such a doctor to take care of my stubborn and horrible teeth.
Front Counter Lady Ms Cindy, she is a very helpful and friendly person with all her patients. Always cheery and hope to see during my visits.

Answered all my endless questions patiently and with clarity. Highly recommend Dr Andrew to anyone who is looking for a kind, chill and skilled dentist :) Shout-out to the rest of the Q&M team for making every visit super comfortable - lovely receptionist Cindy Lam, helpful nurses Joanne, Crystal and everyone else! Definitely will continue to do my regular cleanings here.

β β β β β Superb experience with DR Wong. He will advise you accordingly and give you all the option and knowledge for you to choose. Unlike other q&m outlet that I had experience, Iβm felt safe when he was fixing my tooth. Will be back again for implant. Thank you so much?? The receptionist is very friendly too. Overall I recommend this place. Although price may be on the higher side, but for me itβs definitely worth it after I experiences it.

β β β β β I do not like visiting the dentist but Dr Andrew Wong completely changed my perception of a dentist visit. I visited Q&M for a broken tooth and Dr Andrew was very assuring, explaining the steps that he would be performing and what to expect. I felt at ease throughout the procedures. Dr Andrew also answered all my questions patiently. His assistant, Joanne, was very attentive and always making sure I am comfortable.
The receptionist, Cindy, was very friendly over the phone and also in person. She was always serving with a smile.
Overall my experiences with Q&M Seletar Mall have been very positive right from making an appointment to leaving the clinic with clean and healthy teeth again.
