DO NOT do business with these people. I have been waiting for 4 months just to get a simple refund. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN AWAY. They have no landline for anyone to talk to, and they cant even communicate with other couriers to get a simple package delivered to other countries.

Worst courier ever, please stop wasting people's time and take down the site lol. First delivery failed to pickup for an entire week, advised me to cancel and change another delivery company, from JnT to Qxpress 1-2 days delivery and it still has not been picked up after nearly 3weeks. ATROCIOUS service , I log in to check EVERY SINGLE DAY and the status remains the same, and the agent keep telling me "its scheduled for delivery today" every single time.

I'm from selangor and this is my first time using ezie app to send 50 boxes to sabah. Overall, i had a good experience with ezie. Not that satisfied but to be honest, i must thank them for helping me to find solution to reduce the postage cost to sabah. With ezie, i can get j&t postage cost from rm500+ to rm100+ only. At first, it's a little bit suspicious as it's way too cheap. But after all of the 50 boxes arrived safely to the recipients in sabah, ezie literally gain my trust. I can say that i gambled my luck a little bit at first by taking a risk, but what can i do as it's the only solution to reduce the expensive cost. What i understand by using ezie, actually your chosen courier is the one that's responsible for your parcel shipment and ezie only helps you to get cheap postage price. For example, i book my order slot with j&t through ezie & pay through ezie. Then j&t is the one that will come pick up my order & do the rest work. The condition of your parcel upon the arrival is actually depends on the courier that you choosed. I used j&t as my courier, so u can expect what kind of service they tend to give ? What i like about ezie apart from the cheap price is that their customer service is very helpful. They always help to clarify me on certain things that's not clear to me. For example, i was frustrated when j&t didn't come pick up my orders. So i asked ezie if i can just go drop off the order by myself even when i already scheduled for a pickup,they told me that i can do that - which helps me to save my time a lot from waiting j&t to come. The reason im writing this long review because i see a lot of negative feedbacks given here. This negative feedbacks actually scares me a lot before this because i managed to read them only after i proceed the payment to ezie . I even wonder to myself if i got scammed? forgive me for my immature thoughts. But it was a good experience for me to be honest. & I hope my feedback somehow managed to reach someone who was like me before this & give hope to them that everything will just be fine hahaha thats all. Thank u for ur service ezie!

Would have given 0 stars if I could. The only good thing is the price - really cheap but other than that, please don't ever engage them and J&T. Arranged for delivery of 3 parcels and J&T did not pick them up as scheduled. When they finally came to pick up, they broke my bottles in 2 parcels. The whole process took more than a week. I then requested for refund for the broken items, EZIE took about A MONTH and multiple reminders before telling me that the claim has been rejected by J&T. Reason given was because the bottles were not wrapped in "3 to 5 layers of bubble wrap" and not put in a box with a "this side up" sticker as per J&T's 28 pages PDF. If so, they should just not collect the parcel in the first place when it was not in a box? Buying the EZIE care insurance also didn't work because that is dependent on J&T. If J&T rejected the claim, the EZIE care insurance will automatically be nullified as well. Not sure if this is in their lengthy T&C also. Honestly, service is terrible. Just stay away. Or else, be prepared to read through all the T&C and scrutinise carefully before sending anything in case they pick out some tiny T&C clause and use it as an excuse to not compensate you.

Requested for a withdrawal of my funds in my wallet and they will accept your request and sit on it with no reason given. Been waiting for 4 weeks and there is not a single update to my request for withdrawal despite multiple inquiries made. Tried contacting them on their livechat, and their customer service will tell you the request is approved but the payments team has yet to effect the withdrawal. It has been 4 weeks, which will eventually drag to 4 years. Beware of this company and their malpractices. This is tantamous to cheating and I will be making a police report.

This was in MY. To be exact it wasn’t your career partner. The survey doesn’t allow me to rate your own system user experience hence i spend some effort to type. First, your system charged me three times and of course called 3 bookings at one time. I had a hard time to manage sender emotion because the riders were out there keep demanding to cancel. I will put myself on rider’s shoes and this is such a bad experience for them too, wasted a trip and nothing to collect. Do you know how that feels? Then when i get my refunds, 2/3 to be refunded to be exact, 1 was refunded to my account within 7-14 days another was in wallet, am like what??? Its like forcing me to use your system again, if I don’t spend u earned money for FREE. This return arrangement is terrible. I don’t see that in your return policy hence if i don’t heard it from your higher management about my total refund, i will raise to legal authorities.

Disappointing courier service!! Not recommended at all. Booked courier with them 3 times and the services are awful! 1) Booked with J&T through their website, item received by my buyer was broken!! I bubblewrap my item 2 layers with a lot of cushioning (using newspaper, bubblewrap and styrofoam), must be super rough handling to break the items. I have used other courier services to deliver more than 10 times and never have anything broken before. When emailed them to feedback, they say not enough of evidence to raise investigations?? 2) Second time, booked with "best" courier to deliver an item. Pick up arranged on 29April, nobody came. Emailed and attempted to contact them multiple times again in the next few days still nobody came. At 2 May they told me item has been collected, when the parcel is still at my room! In the end the item was only collect on 3 May =.= 3) Third time, booked with Q-express, item supposed to be collected on 17 May but nobody came. After item is collected on 18 May, another person came to ask for the item again. Turns out 2 person came to collect the item. Super inefficient management

We are doing e-commerce business, recently trying out Ezie for our delivery. Bookings and pickups were pleasantly smooth. Customer service is amazing and impressive! Had an issue with delivery to our recipient but the customer service followed throughout daily and provided updates from time to time till the issue resolved. After doing so many years in E-commerce, we understand that delivery issue is unavoidable, but the most importantly is the logistics partner's service attitude to get the issue resolved. So, Ezie definitely doing well in this! Thank you team esp Demettri ❤️
