★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a facial treatment and was served by Aesthetician Roxanne. A very Professional Aesthetician that doesn't rush and explained every steps in details. She will also ensured that I'm always in a comfortable condition throughout the process.
It's my first visit to Face + By Yamano and I'm really amazed that my facial skin is able to stay hydrated all day after treatment.
Roxanne also recommended suitable products for my skin type but that is no hard selling.
Thanks Face + and Roxanne for this comfortable and relaxing facial experience. Will definitely return. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roxanne was very gentle with my face during the whole process while her shoulder massage was on point. I like how she doesn’t engage in unnecessary conversations after cleansing and the whole process very soothing. One of the many facials where I feel really pampered and relaxed, maybe because there wasn’t any extraction ? There was no pushy hard selling at all, which gives us time to observe the after results. I usually observe my skin after facials (up to a week) and I could feel the glow! Not exaggerating but I even felt much prettier that night! A very satisfied trial and I look forward to my next session with them already!

Products that I love: Clarifying lotion, zero serum milk and eye contour gel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The consultant was patient and did not hard sell me anything after doing the trial. Please note that the price is premium here but the quality does warrants for such prices. The facial did help for relaxation and hydration, which is what I chose in the facial “menu”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was lucky enough to have a walk in slot to try out their men facial. It’s my first time doing facial in Singapore and Roxanne was the beautician. She explained to me thoroughly what processes I was going through and addressed my concerns patiently, even shared with me what to add on top of my facial routine.
She’s professional and gentle throughout the facial and did not push me to sign any packages (had so many friends telling me about that, so in the beginning I was a little worried).
Highly recommended!
