★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small shop tucked in Far East Shopping Centre. Owner (Mr. Gary) was very friendly and knowledgeable especially for jade, diamond and gemstones. Went there for a gem test and decided to leave the gem with them to be made into a ring. They are very warm and welcoming shop and add a personal touch to the purchase process. Hope they can continue to provide this valuable service!

Knowing nothing about diamonds, Gary sat us down and patiently explained what to look out for, what makes a diamond sparkle etc. We went home, thought about it, did some comparison and found that RGL still offers one of the best and credible pricing around the market. Now I am the happiest girl!! ☺️☺️♥️♥️??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Raffles Gemlab have a wide range of jewellery. They have good quality diamonds, Grade A Jade and precious stone ( Ruby, Sapphire & Emerald).
I am amazed by the width and depth of their knowledge in the Gemlogical world. Do pay them a visit if you want to authenticate ur precious stones or jade.

They were patient in going through the technicalities of choosing a Super ideal cut diamond and was able to recommend us a great deal for the budget we had! The price was reasonable after I did my survey. Overall, an enriching, enjoyable and worthy experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my 2nd purchased from Raffles GemLab. I'm very pleased with the earrings I bought the last time and always had many compliments when I wore them. So I went back to Gary- the owner to purchased another diamond pendant. No doubt their diamonds are always of high quality specs and they're also very professional and friendly. I did some comparison but I still find theirs much better in terms of the specs I'm getting and their price is reasonable. I would highly recommend Raffles GemLab to those who're looking to buy high specs diamonds at good price.

My fiance and I personally find that Gary is a very professional and earnest shop owner who listens to what we want before explaining and showing the rings in his shop. The fact that they are one of the few labs in Singapore that test and certify gemstones/diamonds, gave us the assurance that gemstones and diamonds are legit.
Gary also provided very good customer service and aceded to our multiple requests at no additional charges. Overall we had a pleasant experience with Raffles GemLab!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gary was very patient in explaining the cut, clarity, colour and shared his knowledge on diamonds with us. Even though we first visited when he was about to close for the day, he still spent around an hour educating us about diamonds. Eventually purchased our engagement ring.
Few months later, he even assisted us with diamond maintenance and used his ultrasonic device to deep clean the ring.
Gary is having a closing sales as he is retiring. High quality diamond rings sold below market rate, highly recommend to any couples or gem collectors.
