I was at the self-checkout & the checkout scanner wasn't able to pick up one of the products that I have bought.
The FairPrice staff on duty was experienced & helpful in resolving the matter promptly.

โ โ โ โ โ I live in Chinatown area . I will offen come here to purchase potato chips & grocery . I noticed they always did not replenish the stock full. Previously I buy golden duck I could not get the flavou which I wan. . The pringles also Sometimes empty. I also buy kettle chips as now having promo yet they don have my favourite honey . Is been every week empty on the shelves. This week have , next week don have. You make me have to travel to Tanjong Pagar outlet ntuc to buy. Your ntuc have very poor system organisations. A lot of things don have. Even the organic session too.

โ โ โ โ โ Convenient grocery store which is minutes from Chinatown MRT station. Dont even need to worry about wet weather. Decent range of goods given the medium sized outlet. Self-checkout is pretty fast ad efficient.

โ โ โ โ โ I like it. Decent selection of fresh produce, meats and non-perishables. Can be a little squishy when busy. Being in Chinapoint makes it super convenient too.

โ โ โ โ โ I had lost my EZ-Link card and traced it here as the most likely location where I had lost the card. The staff were super kind to have kept it and retrieve it for me despite me checking in during evening peak hour. Thank you so much!! ?
