The broth for the signature beef is surprisingly flavourful, also tried the mala one which still has flavour and not too spicy. Minus a star for service, not great and rather long waiting time for non-peak hour.

The handmade noodles (thin) are out of this world- far better in texture and taste than HK noodles! I'm now a new fan !

However, the beef was tender and juicy. The set came with dried beancurd and drink. I also ordered prawn dumpling but they didn't include in the delivery and it was frustrating. Portion wise, very generous (meaningless to be honest when the food is not up to expectation). Packaging was superb! Maybe I will try their signature meal next time. 3 stars for packaging, drink and generosity. Missing stars for food taste and missing order.

Maybe because I disturbed her conversation with her friend, the ordering process is terrible. I tried to remove the beef from the noodle and received black face from her. When I made payment, I saw a mushroom flavour and asked to change. But received a super black face with attitude "key in already". I knew I'm troublesome but I'm trying to be nice in the process of being a new vegetarian (with soup). But it's the effect and attitude that is annoying. The food is still good.

The orders came incomplete (set didn’t come) yet when I highlighted it to 3 different staff, each just brushed it off and directed me to the next person. Even the cashier boss woman didn’t want to deal with the missing items. Come on it’s literally stated on the receipt. Save yourself the trouble and order from the cashier instead. Food wise, had these Chinese style beef noodles at a few other places and it tastes the same. Beef is tender and noodles are chewy. Price is alright.

They have 8 types of noodles shapes/ sizes to choose from. I got the small flat, it’s like soft fettuccine, it soaks up the broth perfectly. Loads of greens in bowl, very nice!
